Return Policy

If you're looking to return or exchange your order(s) for whatever reason, we're here to help. You can return your product for store credit, or a different product and in some cases a refund to the original payment method.

In the state of Mississippi a business is generally free to establish its own return and refund policies.

 

Please Note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy: 

  • ALL SALES FINAL ON TACK SETS.
  • item must be unusable, broken or faulty (defective) upon delivery.
  • We are not responsible for items getting damaged in route to customer. (example: if item gets damaged from Post Office to delivery address provided during checkout)
  • We are not responsible if item gets lost in route to customer. (if you wish for your item to be mailed via Priority Mail, please select Priority Mail when checking out.)
  • Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 
  • Returning items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
  • returned items must have no visible signs of wear and tear.
  • customer must return item 7 days after purchase to be eligible for return and refund.
  • If by any chance your tack set is unusable and a customer request a return and refund there will be a $200 dollar restocking fee charged to the customer.
  • refund will be issued same business day OR next business day the returned item has been successful returned to our store. (Example: if your returned item is recieved on Friday after lunch your refund will not be issued until the following Monday or business day if it happens to be a holiday that following Monday)

How to request a refund: 

  1. please contact us via text, email, social media. 
  2. please provide reason and any additional information on to why you will be returning products/ items.
  3. if items meet expectations a refund will be issued to original payment method, store credit or an exchange with another item of customer choosing.

Addition Information 

  • refunds to original payment methods typically take 3-7 business days. 
  • exchanges will be mailed 1-3 days the returned items have been returned to our store.
  • store credit will be issued next day after returned item have been successful returned to our store and will be added to your cart when you proceed to check out with your new item(s).
  • customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
